However, the above analysis, the current agricultural industrialization theory behind the practice in the industrialization of agriculture, people's understanding of the industrialization of agriculture has not yet achieved consensus, and even the concept of many comrades fall into disputes and unable to extricate themselves ①. The reason, mainly for agriculture, industry research also lack the necessary basic theory.Because of the industrialization of agriculture exist cognitive bias, in some areas of the agricultural industry practice also exist some problems. Regardless of the interests of farmers in some areas such as the use of the planned economy approach, the forced acquisition of agricultural products, in order to achieve "value-added processing"; in some areas regardless of market demand and local resources, industrial projects and to determine the blind leading industries, the results to the regional economic losses; also some areas of understanding about the industrialization of agriculture, do not do a solid job, but start with the surface. So to sum up the experience of industrialization of agriculture at home and abroad, strengthening the agricultural industry, theory-based research will help reveal the agricultural industrialization of scientific content and substance, is conducive to the deepening of theoretical research, theoretical research and enhance the practice of agricultural industrialization guiding role.This paper argues that the concept of industrialization of agriculture should be a combination of macro and micro parts, namely, "meso" level to be understood, it belongs to the Industrial Economics (also known as the concept of economics) of the
